TRADITIONAL AND CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS OF SYDNEY AUSTRALIA

Montague Smith

Palm Beach Jetty   Bulli Boat Sheds

I have resided at Avalon above Paradise Beach since 1997, previously at Quakers Hat Bay at Mosman for 40 years.

I commenced painting in 1999 pursuing the  published "Art Course" and later studied with the late Paul Warner, also Debbie Riley and Debbie Waters.

I am a member of the North Shore Art Society, Artists & Craftsmen of Pittwater and Pittwater Community Arts. My work has been shown regularly at their exhibitions and many others.

I paint in oils, acrylic and watercolor. My aim is to present my eclectic subjects in a sunny Australian traditional style.

My other intersets are lawn bowling, volunteer club administration,  golf, gardening, travel and symphony concerts.
